The process

How it works

No software to install. No new systems to learn. You submit documents through an agreed channel and receive organised results.

The invoice processing workflow

1

You submit approved invoices

Send your invoices through the agreed submission channel. We work with you at the start of the engagement to confirm the format and method that suits your business. Only approved invoices should be submitted — we do not make decisions about which documents to process.

2

We extract the information

We process each invoice and extract the relevant fields: supplier, customer, invoice number, dates, line items, totals, tax and payment information. We use a combination of software and supervised processes to do this accurately.

3

Uncertain fields are identified

Any field that cannot be extracted with confidence is flagged clearly in the output. We do not invent, estimate or fill in financial values. If something is missing or unclear, you will know.

4

A person reviews the results

Before anything is delivered to you, a member of the Worksett team reviews the extracted data. This step is not optional — it is part of every delivery during the beta. You receive checked results, not raw machine output.

5

We deliver your structured file

You receive a clean XLSX or CSV file containing the extracted data, organised consistently and ready to use. Flagged fields are clearly marked so you know exactly where to follow up.

Honest about what the beta is

We are building this service carefully. Here is what beta participants should know before applying.

What we commit to

  • Human review before every delivery
  • Clear flagging of uncertain or missing fields
  • Consistent output format agreed in advance
  • Direct communication throughout the engagement
  • Participant feedback taken seriously

What we do not promise

  • Guaranteed turnaround times
  • Guaranteed accuracy rates
  • Production-level reliability from beta infrastructure
  • Automatic integrations with your existing software
  • Unlimited document volumes
The beta is a controlled programme with a small number of selected participants. Document volumes and usage are limited. This is intentional — it allows us to maintain quality and respond to feedback before scaling.

How documents are submitted

We agree a submission channel with each participant at the start of the engagement. This is confirmed before any documents are sent.

We do not accept public invoice uploads. There is no self-service portal during the beta. All submissions go through the agreed channel only.

If you have questions about how submission works for your business, include them in your application and we will discuss them with you directly.
