1. About Worksett
Worksett is a managed workflow-services business. We use software automation and supervised processes to complete repetitive business work and deliver structured results to clients.
Our registered business address and governing jurisdiction will be confirmed and added to these terms before any commercial launch. For enquiries, contact us at worksett.team@outlook.com.

3. Beta programme
The Worksett beta programme is a controlled, invitation-only service. Participation is subject to selection by Worksett and agreement to the specific terms communicated to each participant at the start of the engagement.
The beta service is provided for evaluation and feedback purposes. By participating, you acknowledge that:
- The service is at an early stage of development
- Worksett does not guarantee turnaround times, accuracy rates or uninterrupted availability
- Results require your own review before use in any business process
- The service may change, be suspended or be discontinued at any time
- No payment is required during the beta, and no payment terms are implied
4. Document submission
Beta participants submit documents through an agreed submission channel. By submitting documents, you confirm that:
- You have the authority to submit those documents for processing
- The documents do not contain information you are prohibited from sharing
- You have obtained any necessary consents from third parties whose information appears in the documents
Worksett processes submitted documents solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed service. We do not accept public document uploads. There is no self-service portal during the beta.
5. Accuracy of results
All output delivered by Worksett during the beta is reviewed by a member of our team before delivery. However, we do not warrant that results are free from error. You are responsible for reviewing all output before using it in any business process, financial record or other application.
Worksett does not invent, estimate or fabricate financial values. Any field that cannot be extracted with confidence is flagged in the output.
6. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, design, logos and structure, is owned by or licensed to Worksett. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any part of it without our written permission, except as permitted by law.
Structured data output delivered to you as part of the service belongs to you. Worksett retains no ownership over the extracted data derived from your documents.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Worksett is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage arising from your use of this website or the beta service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue or errors in processed output.
Our total liability to you in connection with the beta service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Worksett in the twelve months preceding the claim. As the beta is provided at no charge, this limit is zero unless otherwise agreed in writing.
